Skilled Nursing
Our skilled nursing team includes registered nurses on-site 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. We work collaboratively with licensed therapists, dietitians, and other clinical professionals to help address the changing needs of residents.
Physical Therapy
Our physical therapy services are tailored to help residents work toward improved strength, mobility, and function. Therapists collaborate closely with each resident to help support safe transitions and rehabilitation goals.
Occupational Therapy
Occupational therapy at our facility focuses on helping residents maintain or restore the ability to engage in daily activities. Whether recovering from illness or adjusting after a hospital stay, our therapists support individuals in building confidence and reducing barriers to personal care and home management.
Speech Therapy
Our speech therapists develop individualized goals that address communication and swallowing challenges. Our team works to assess each person’s needs and provide therapy that supports progress over time.
Hospice Care
While we do not directly provide hospice care, we coordinate closely with trusted hospice providers to support residents who elect hospice services.
